    WHERE IS MY RETURN

    Once the package is on its way back to the warehouse, the return process begins. After receiving and inspecting the return, the customer will be notified if it is accepted or declined. The process of inspection can take up to 5 business days. If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the return.

    CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

    At this time we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for the item you'd like to return at returns.skims.com and placing a new order for the new item. Once your return is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.

    WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

    If you receive damaged goods or notice a manufacturing fault within 1 month of purchase, they will be considered as faulty. However, if any issues arise after a months from your order date, it would be considered due to regular wear and tear and not deemed faulty.
